Notes for wheel excavators

A brief explanation of the aspects of wheeled excavators that are important to note at work

2、According to the rotation range of the wheel excavator arm, it should be controlled between 45° and 60°, and according to the weight of the wheel excavator, the tilt angle should be controlled between 30° and 45°.
3、According to the wheel excavator walking uphill, the active wheel of the track should be at the back, when going downhill the active wheel of the track is in front and the movable arm is at the back. The big arm is parallel to the track. The slewing mechanism should be in a braked state and the bucket should not be more than 1m above the ground. The slope should be no more than 20° up or down and the speed should be low on the downhill slope, no variable speed skidding.
4. It is forbidden to place the wheeled excavator in the upper and lower mining section at the same time; when the working face is rotating at the same time, a level surface should be selected and obstacles in the passage should be removed.
5、It is forbidden to work under overhead structures such as electric wires, according to the wheeled excavator, not to work under the stop, not to stay in the space for a long time with a full bucket.
6, according to the wheel excavator need to stop on the slope, the bucket must land to the ground, all the lever in the neutral position, stop brake, and should be in the crawler or the rear of the tire pad wedge.
 1) The technical condition of the wheel excavator has a major impact on its productivity, especially the dynamics of the engine. In addition, the bucket teeth will increase the bucket cutting resistance by 60-90% when worn, according to the wheel excavator fire protection, so the dull bucket teeth should be replaced.
 (2) In the construction organization should be prepared in advance for the driving route of the dump truck, remove the unnecessary uphill ramps. Each running lane should be kept in good order for the tipper to run.
3) Correctly carry out the construction organization design. The number of tipper trucks and the carrying capacity of the tipper trucks should meet the requirements of the production capacity of the wheeled excavator, and the capacity of the tipper trucks should be an integer multiple of the bucket capacity of the wheeled excavator.
