Tips for using excavators

Tips for using excavators in various operations
   1、Excavator operation techniques:
First of all, to confirm the surrounding conditions. The rotary operation, the surrounding obstacles, terrain to do a good job, safe operation; operation, to confirm the front and rear direction of the crawler, to avoid causing tipping or impact; try not to put the final drive face digging direction, otherwise, it is easy to damage the walking motor or hose; operation, to ensure that the left and right crawler and the ground completely contact, to improve the dynamic stability of the whole machine.
  2、Effective digging method:
When the bucket cylinder and connecting rod, bucket rod cylinder, and bucket rod are 90 degrees to each other, the digging force is large; when the bucket teeth and the ground maintain an angle of 30 degrees, the digging force that is the cutting resistance is small; when digging with the bucket rod, the angle range of the bucket rod should be ensured from the front 45 degrees to the back 30 degrees. The use of both the boom and bucket can increase the efficiency of digging.
  3、Digging rocks:
When digging, adjust the position of the machine according to the crack direction of the rock so that the bucket can be shoveled in smoothly and digging can be carried out; insert the bucket teeth into the crack of the rock and dig with the digging force of the bucket rod and bucket (watch out for the slipping of the bucket teeth); unbroken rock should be broken before digging with the bucket.
  4、Slope leveling operation:
The machine should be placed flat on the ground to prevent the body from shaking, and the coordination of the action of the moving arm and bucket bar should be grasped, and the control of the speed of both is essential for the flat surface trimming.
  5. Loading operations:
The machine body should be in a horizontal and stable position, otherwise, it is difficult to accurately control the rotary unloading, thus extending the operating cycle time; the machine body and the truck to maintain a proper distance to prevent the tail of the machine body from touching the truck when doing a 180-degree rotary; try to carry out left rotary loading, so as to do a wide field of vision, high operational efficiency, while at the same time to correctly grasp the angle of rotation to reduce the time used for rotary; truck position forest than the excavator low, to shorten the dynamic arm lifting time, and a good line of sight; first loaded sand, gravel, and then placed large stones, which can reduce the impact on the trunk.
  6、Loose ground or water operation:
When working on soft ground, you should understand the degree of soil looseness and pay attention to limiting the digging range of the bucket to prevent accidents such as landslides and cave-ins as well as the deeper sinking of the vehicle body.
When working in water, attention should be paid to the allowable water depth range of the vehicle body (the water surface should be below the center of the sprocket); if the horizontal surface is high, the internal slewing bearing will be poorly lubricated due to the entry of water, the engine fan blade will be hit by water leading to breakage, and the electrical wiring components will be short-circuited or broken due to the intrusion of water.
  7、Slinging operation:
Role of hydraulic excavator for lifting operation into should confirm the lifting site around the situation, the use of high-strength hook and wire rope, lifting should try to use special lifting device; operation mode should choose the micro-operation mode, the action should be slow and balanced; lifting rope length appropriate, too long will make the lifting swing larger and difficult to accurately control; to correctly adjust the bucket position, to prevent the steel wire rope slip; construction personnel try not to close to the lifting object, in order to prevent danger due to improper operation.
  8、Smooth operation method:
When operating, the stability of the machine can not only improve efficiency and extend the life of the machine, but also ensure operational safety (put the machine on a flatter ground); drive sprockets on the backside than on the front side of the stability is good, and can prevent the final drive from external impact; track on the ground axis distance is always greater than the wheelbase, so work towards the front of good stability, to try to avoid lateral operation; to keep the digging point close to the machine If the digging point is far away from the machine, the operation will be unstable because of the forward shift of the center of gravity; lateral digging is less stable than forward digging, and if the digging point is far from the center of the machine, the machine will be more unstable, so the digging point and the center of the machine should be kept at a suitable distance to make the operation balanced and efficient.
